Snorkel at two of Pula’s most popular summer sites, all in one FUN tour! On this unforgettable and FUN boat trip our friendly crew will show you amazing sea caves, islands and underwater world sailing & snorkeling from Pula to Cape Kamenjak.
Shortly after departure from Stoja we’ll anchor the boat at Pigeons cave where your snorkeling adventure will start. Pay careful attention to the pre-snorkel briefing, as a few basic safety rules and snorkeling tips will be given.
“Boreas” is a custom dive/snorkel boat built to provide guests with easy access to and from the water.
Once in the water the real FUN starts. You’ll be looking for many types of underwater plants and creatures, including colorful fishes and marine species like sea urchins, starfishes, sea cucumber and many others…
Keep in mind that your guide cannot control the nature, he can only do his best to show you as much as possible to fill your snorkeling adventure with FUN.
Entering the cave, your guide will show you hidden interior and cave inhabitants with a flashlight. The cave itself is a natural shelter for bats hanging upside down from the roof and for wild pigeons nesting and breeding in the holes on the walls, after which the cliffs were named.
Ice-cold soft drinks and refreshing seasonal fruits will be served during the cruise.
On the way to the southernmost part of Istrian peninsula – Cape Kamenjak, and our next snorkeling site – Kolombarice cliffs, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the incredible views of rocky shoreline, sea cliffs, beautiful coves and islets.
As we cruise we’re always pleased to add some FUN and interesting facts about Pula’s history and ecology, above and below water.
Once you get off the boat you’ll have a lunch break in the legendary Safari bar that looks like it came from a fairy tale, situated just above the rocky beach from where you can enjoy fantastic view of Fenoliga islet and Porer lighthouse.
After a snorkeling briefing you’ll be ready to jump in the water. With mask and snorkel on, you’ll start looking at rich marine life below the surface and explore amazing underwater cave where sunrays penetrate through an opening at the top, reflecting in the interior and creating a captivating blueish light effects.
Your guide will take amazing underwater GoPro photos and videos of you while snorkeling and cliff jumping.
Discovering interesting passageways of rocks and exploring sea cave make Kolombarice cliffs a perfect place for a FUN and exciting adventure for everyone, even for the youngest. Also, the brave ones will have the opportunity to try the exciting cliff jumping, a popular summer FUN activity and fantastic sight.
On our way back, refreshing seasonal fruits, snacks and wine will be served.
If the sea conditions permit, we’ll be passing close by tiny islet Porer, where one of the most beautiful lighthouses on Adriatic is situated.
Sailing back to Stoja seafront you can sit and relax while enjoying the panoramic cruise and peacefulness of being at sea as the sparkling light of the sun dancing on the surface, and if the sea rewards us bottlenose dolphins may approach our boat and bow ride. So adorable!
Safety first
Snorkeling instructions and inflatable vests will be provided for those who need it, and there’s a floating safety line behind the boat to hold onto until you’re confident enough to venture away.
